A glimmer is the opposite of a trigger. Glimmers are those moments of your day that make you feel joy, happiness, peace or gratitude. I picked up this tool from my therapist as a method of retraining my brain to be more aware and acknowledging of the hope available to me in the now and the future, rather than tied to the trauma or pains of the past.
This year has taught me that the world needs hope, love, care, and space to dream together. i truly believe that a lot of what has landed society where it is now is a lack of care and access to imagination/dreaming. I created the Glimmer Garden as a space where we can be inspired by one another and reminded of how our individual actions contribute to the overall collective well-being. I open and offer this space to any and everyone who is open to building the future together. We’ve put together an amazing atmosphere, top tier entertainment, and phenomenal food options to bless this 2025.
