When Jackson and his sister, Peyton, take a mysterious drug, Jackson gains the powers of super strength, flight, and self-healing. However, Peyton has an adverse reaction and her brain begins to decay. As these siblings re-evaluate their relationships to their body and brain, they must save their college campus from ultimate destruction.
