With each new exploration, she stumbles across new layers of scared skin, evident of past battle wounds

Staged Readings of two ten-minute plays by Mars Wilson, directed by Lorne Clarkson. If you're interested in participating, please come at 1pm - we will cast the plays, rehearse that afternoon, and present the staged readings at 4pm!

MPTP Presents Woman's Month - One Woman Show Series: In 1968 while at the height of her career as a world renowned entertainer, Eartha Kitt was also working as one of the main lobbyist for a group of young activists called the Rebels With A Cause. After speaking out against the Vietnam War at a White House luncheon, she was blacklisted from working in the U.S. by order of President Lyndon Johnson for the following 10 years! In one act filled with drama and music, this play explores Eartha Kitt's personal re-encounter of that fateful day, and delves into her personal journey back to her power and freedom.
