Beginner Rope Intensive workshop

Hybrid online and in person at WOW Cafe Theatre

Through step-by-step instruction and hands-on practice, participants will learn multiple techniques for tying and being tied.  In addition to rope handling and ties, the workshop models and teaches methods of communication, negotiation, consent, body awareness, risk assessment and risk reduction regarding rope/shibari play.

The QRS team prioritizes consent and creating a low-key, welcoming environment that centers queer, trans, and non-binary people.
